Sprekende Kussens

This is an participatory art project specifically made for Social Art Platform, a new art space for social art in Rotterdam. This project lasted over 3 months. The idea is simple: making pillows together with people from the neighborhood and beyond to start a conversation and softly land in the (white and empty) space of Social Art Platform. With no former experience in sewing me and the participants were fully dependent on one another to make this project come alive.
